1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site. It is independently operated and has no official relationship with a government office. We do not store official criminal records, retrieve records for visitors, run official background checks, or file documents for anyone.

What we do is point you toward the offices and systems that hold Conway County criminal-record information - the sheriff and detention center, the Circuit Clerk and District Court, Arkansas State Police/ACIC criminal-history channels, Search ARCourts, and the Arkansas Sex Offender Notification System - and connect you with third-party tools that may help with your research.

2. Rules for Using This Site

By using this site, you agree that you will not:

• Violate federal, Arkansas, or local law while using the site
• Use information found here to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten another person
• Make FCRA-regulated decisions from content on this site
• Attempt to access systems, accounts, or data without authorization
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated extraction tools against our pages
• Interfere with site performance or another visitor's ability to use the site

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Using information from this site, or from any tool linked here, to harass, stalk, intimidate, threaten, or discriminate against any person is prohibited and may be a crime. This applies with special force to sex offender registry information: Arkansas law restricts how Arkansas Sex Offender Notification System data may be used, and misusing registry information against a listed person can carry criminal penalties. Registry data exists for public safety awareness, not for vigilante action, employment blacklisting, or housing discrimination.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, calculating insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:

• Decide whether to hire or fire someone
• Screen potential renters or housing applicants
• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
• Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
• Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

If you need a background check for any of those purposes, use the legally required official or FCRA-compliant channel. Public ARCH searches and general website information are not substitutes for that process.

5. No Legal Advice

Nothing on this site is legal advice. We explain how criminal records generally work in Conway County, but we cannot tell you how a charge, conviction, warrant, or Arkansas sealing rule applies to your situation. For that, talk to a licensed Arkansas attorney.

6. No Warranties

All site content is provided "as is." We make no guarantee that:

• The information here is accurate, complete, or current at any given time
• The site will stay up and running without interruptions
• Our pages are free of errors, bugs, or security holes
• Results from our partner search tools will be thorough or accurate

Criminal records change all the time - charges are filed, dismissed, sealed, corrected, and updated by courts and agencies. Arkansas also limits how criminal-history information may be disseminated under laws such as Ark. Code Ann. 12-12-1501 et seq. We try to keep up, but gaps are unavoidable. Nothing on this site should be treated as an official statement from a court, sheriff, or government agency.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

This site links to sheriff pages, court portals, Arkansas agency resources, legal-information organizations, and outside search services. When you follow one of those links, you leave our site and use a service we do not control. We are not responsible for that site's content, data practices, pricing, availability, or results. Review the destination site's terms before using it.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, and code on this site belong to Conway County Criminal History or our content partners. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or build on our content without getting written permission first.

9. Limits on Our Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of this site, including decisions made from information found here or through a linked service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, demands, or legal actions connected to your use of the site or your violation of these terms, including reasonable legal fees and related costs.

11. Governing Law

These terms fall under the laws of the State of Arkansas, including applicable public-records and consumer-protection rules such as the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, Ark. Code Ann. 25-19-101 et seq., where relevant to government records. Any legal dispute connected to your use of this site must be filed in courts located within Arkansas.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Revised terms become effective when they are posted on this page.

13. Cutting Off Access

We may limit, suspend, or block access to this site at any time and without advance notice.

14. Severability
